1. The Government of Nepal |GoN| has allocated fund toward the cost for the development of the Different Polytechnic Institutes as Model Polytechnic and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contracts and suppose to complete the works as per budget allocated in current F/Y. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. The Government of Nepal |GoN] has allocated funds towards the cost for Construction of Mahuregadi Polytechnic institute and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Construction of Class Block (Ground Floor) and Admin Block of Mahuregadi Polytechnic Institute and CTEVT/MPI/076/77/CIVIL07/ Bidding is Open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
3. Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT)/Alahuregadi Polytechnic Institute invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the construction of following works under National Competitive Bidding- Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedures.

5. Bidders need to submit their bids electronically by downloading bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit NRs. 5000.00 (In words: Nepalese Rupees Five Thousands Only) for the bid in the Call Deposit Account No. 206000698101 in Rastriya Banijya Bank., Sanothimi. Bhaktapur until the 23rd Polish, 2076. the cost of bidding document as specified above and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.
6. Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at the office of Mahuregadi Polytechnic Institute, Nunthala. Khotang on 14th  Poush, 2076 at 14:00 hrs.
7. Electronic bids having its contract name and identification number must be submitted through PPMO’s e-GP system bolpatra.gov.npegp on or before 12:00 noon on 24th Poush, 2076. Bids received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
8. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours for S.No.l on 24th Poush, 2076 at the office of Mahuregadi Polytechnic Institute, Nunthala. Khotang. There will be no any obstruction to open bidding document if bidder representative arc not present.
9. Electronic bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security amounting mentioned on the above table, which shall lie valid for 120 days from the date of last date of submission of bid. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Call Deposit Account No. 206000698201 at Rastriya Banijya Bank. Diktel Khotang and submit the Bank Voucher of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
10. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day for the event shall be considered as the last day. In Such Case the validity of bid security shall be considered as specified for the original last date of submission of bid.
11. Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.
12. Any intimidation, collusion and cartelling during bidding process shall be punishable by law.
13. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
14. Any additional matters not covered by Invitation Notice and mandatory information shall be in accordance with prevailing Public Procurement Act 2063 (with first amendment 2073) and Public Procurement Regulation 2064 (with latest amendment 2076) of the Government of Nepal.
