Description : Supply and Delivery of Stationary goods

1. Nepal Oil Corporation Limited invites scaled quotations from registered Suppliers for Supply and Delivery of Stationary goods .

2. Interested eligible Suppliers may obtain further information and inspect the Sealed quotation Forms at Engineering and Projects Department, Nepal Oil Corporation Limited. Babarmahal, Kathmandu, Nepal.

3. Sealed Quotation Forms may be purchased by eligible Suppliers on or before 17:00 hrs of 2076/06/14 on the submission of a written application having signature of proprietor accompanied with an authorization letter, attested copy of firm registration certificate, VAT/PAN certificate, tax clearance certificate up to F/Y 2074-75 and Bank voucher of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Bishal Bazar (office account no: 109006629401) for non-refundable fee of NRs. 1000.00 to above office. And Quotation received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

4. Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days after opening of Sealed quotations and must be accompanied by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee from a Class A Commercial bank or Rastriya Banijya Bank, Babarmahal amounting 42,OOO.OONRs, which shall be valid for 75 days after opening of the Scaled Quotations.

5. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No. 109006629401 at Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd., and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Sealed Quotation.

6. Sealed bids must be submitted to Nepal Oil Corporation Ltd., Babarmahal. Kathmandu on or before 12:00 hrs on 2076/06/15. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

7. Sealed Quotation shall be opened in the presence of Suppliers’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hrs of 2076/06/15 at the Meeting Hall of Engineering and Projects Department. Nepal Oil Corporation Ltd., Babarmahal. Kathmandu. Nepal.

8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.

9. Bids should comply in all respects with the instructions to bidder included in the bid document. Non compliance with these instructions will result in disqualification.

10. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
