SALE OF SURPLUS UNDP VEHICLES & MOTORBIKES (Open to General Public)

The United Nations Development Programme, Nepal is organizing the sale of Surplus office vehicles on as and where basis.

Vehicles can be inspected between 10:00 hours to 16:00 hours on 13-14 June 2017 in UN Compound. Pulchowk. Information on vehicles will be displayed at the inspection site. The interested party shall fill out the Sale Form along with a bank draft of NPR 100,000 for each four- wheeler and NPR. 10.000 for each lot of two-wheeler as the security deposit (refundable only to the unsuccessful party). The interested party must submit the sealed sale form with respective bank draft between 10:00 to 16:00 hours on 14 June 2017 at UNDP Budget and Finance Unit. UN House. Pulchowk. Nepal. The Sale Forms will be available at the UN Reception Desk from first date of the inspection.

Conditions of Sale:

• Custom duties, registration and transfer fees will be applicable as per the government’s latest roles and regulations;
• Vehicles are ofTered for sale on “as-is-whcre-is”;
• Vehicles will be released to the winning buyers only upon submission of the duty paid receipt and ownership transfer document;
• Bank draft of the winning party will not be refunded, however will be adjusted to higher sale price at a later stage;

The results of sale will be published after 13:00 hours on 15 June 2017 which will be posted outside the Reception block. UN House. Pulchowk.

The successful party must deposit the winning amount in Local Currency A C of UNDP maintained at Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited, UN House, Pulchowk between 10:00 to 15:00 Hours (latest) by 16 June 2017.

UNDP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANV OR ALL OFFERS WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON/S WHATSOEVER.
