For Head Office:
1) Chartered Accountant: 1
Age- Not Exceeding 35 years
Qualification- CA (Preferred Member of ICAN) with at least Bachelor from recognized university
Work Experience- 3 years work experience in related field
2. Foreign Employment Department In-charge : 1
Age – Not Exceeding 35 years
Qualification – At least Bachelor from recognized university
Work Experience – 2 years work experience in life insurance marketing & sales
3. IT Head – 1
Age– Not Exceeding 35 years
Qualification – At least MSClT/MCA/ME/MSc in computer from recognized university
Work experience– 4 years work experience in IT administration and network security or .Net Programming experience
4. IT Officer – Few
Age – Not Exceeding 35 years
Qualification – At least Bachelor in IT from recognized university
Work Experience– 2 years work experience in IT Department of Insurance Company or .Net Programming experience
5. Management Trainee: Few
Age-Not Exceeding 30 years
Qualification- MBA from recognized university with minimum 3 CGPA or 60% Preferred
Work Experience-1 year work experience
6. Executive Secretary: 1
Age – Not Exceeding 35 years
Qualification – At least Bachelor degree with Secretarial Training Course Work Experience – 2 years work experience in related field
7. Branch Manager (Inside/Outside Valley)- few
Age-Not Exceeding 35 years
Qualification– At least bachelor form recognized university
Work Experience-3 years work experience in life insurance marketing & sales
8.Sub Branch Manager (Inside/Outside Valley): Few
Age – Not Exceeding 35 years
Qualification – At least Bachelor from recognized university
Work Experience – 2 years work experience in life insurance marketing & sales
9.Junior Assistant to Senior Assistant (Outside Valley): Few
Age – Not Exceeding 30 years
Qualification – Bachelor Level from recognized university
Work Experience – 1 year work experience
