Norvic International Hospital (NIH), a multi-specialty, state-of-the-art hospital, invites applications from dynamic, energetic and responsible professionals who have hands on experience on human resource management and development for the position of Senior HR Manager.

Candidates with following qualifications and experience are eligible to apply:

• Master of Business Administration with HR Major or equivalent from reputed university,
• At least 7 years of working experience in large scale organization preferably service industry,
• Proven knowledge and experience in HR planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, employee retention, labour laws, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong awareness of current trends, issues, tools and approaches to personnel management,
• Well versed with computer and HR software.
