The candidate is required to have a proven track record of increasing cards and retail sales in challenging market conditions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably in management.
• At least 3 years of commercial banking experience preferably with 2 year in retail sales.
• Candidate is eligible to apply for one level above than their current job grade.
• Age not below 18 and not exceeding 35 years.

Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from shortlisted candidates.
