1. Armed Police Force Nepal invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the construction of following Works as specified in table (2) under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. The bidder can download the bidding documents from PPMO s website www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp. The cost of bidding document is Rs.5000.00 (non refundable) which should be deposited in respective Project’s Revenue Account as specified in table (1) till April 05, 2020.
4. The Bidders should follow the electronic bid submission procedures mentioned in ITB 21.1 b of bid document.
5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Armed Police Force Nepal No. 1 Battalion Headquarter Shreeantu Ham at 12:00 pm on March 25, 2020.
6. The electronic bids must be submitted to Armed Police Force Nepal No. 1 Battalion Headquarter Shreeantu Ilam through PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 11:00 AM on April 06, 2020. The submission of hard copy is not entertained.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 11:05 AM on April 06,2020 Armed Police Force Nepal No. 1 Battalion Headquarter Shreeantu Ilam. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening date.
8. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. The bidder must provide any clarification asked by the employer as per sub-clause 4 of clause 23 of Public Procurement Act 2063 (with latest revision) and as per ITB 27 of bid documents during examination, evaluation and comparison by the |date and Time. The bidder who doesn’t not provide the clarification of its bid by the [date and Time]set by the employer will be rejected.
10. Only eligible bidders with the following Key Activities: should participate as specified in table (2).
11. Matters not covered in this notice shall be in accordance with bid document. Public Procurement Act 2063 (with latest revision). Public Procurement Regulation 2064 (with latest revision). Electronic Procurement Directives 2074 and other prevailing Law.
