As a Principal Recipient of the Global Fund. Save the Children is supporting National Tuberculosis Center (NTC) to conduct a National Level Tuberculosis Prevalence Survey in Nepal.

Save the Children re-invites proposals from qualified firm/company/research organizations/NGOs to conduct field operation activities of National TB Prevalence Survey for the period of 18 months.

1. Eligibility of firm/company/research organizations/NGOs:

Must have experience of at least 5 years in conducting national representative survey in Nepal out of which two years and more experience in health related research Note: In case of consortium,’Lead’ organization MUST fulfill above mentioned criteria.

1. The supportive documents must include copy of latest registration certificate issued by the respective governing authority (including latest renewal) according to prevailing laws and regulation of Government of Nepal; latest tax clearance/tax return certificate: VAT registration certificate; yearly financial audit reports; bylaw and policy procedures. VAT registration certificate is required only for lead agency in case of consortium.

• Desirable criteria; Having experience of conducting at least one national level survey applying IT based data collection method and management in the health sector.
