To carry out Malariometric Survey

Re-advertisement: 31″ March 2017 As Principal Recipient of Global Fund. Save the Children works in partnership with government entities, local communities, and non-governmental organizations to make sure children and families are cured and safe from vector borne diseases, especially focused on malaria.The program aims to add health promotion and awareness as a key component in addition to the distribution of Long Lasting Insecticide-treated Nets (LLINs) and Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) in high and moderate transmission risk areas. Furthermore, increasing access to early quality diagnosis and prompt effective treatment of malaria cases are also important facets of our work.

Save the Children invites proposals from research organizations to

1. Conduct a malariometric survey in malaria endemic 25 districts of Nepal.
2. Administer standard household and women interview
3. Estimate parasite prevalence by RDTs/microscopy
4. While submitting proposals, the research agencies should include Registration and renewal certificates; PAN/VAT registration certificate, tax clearance/tax return certificate, audit reports. Organization policies [HR and Financial); Proven experience of manoging and implementing similar research activities
5. The research agencies must submit proposal in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal for Malariometric Survey”,at the below address no later than 5:00 pm 17^,h April 2017.
