Invitation for Bids for the Construction of Burja house and earth filling: Contract Identification No: 01-POS-BUI-NCB-076-77

1. Prison office, Siraha invites sealed bids or electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the construction of Construction of Burja house and earth filling under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The estimated amount for the works is NRs.2,916,409.31 (Including Vat)
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Prison Office, Siraha, Babita Kumari Mahato (Ph. No. 9852871777) or may visit PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np/cgp.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Prison Office, Siraha and the Prison Office, Siraha by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Nrs. 3000.00 till 21^st -April-2020 during office Or Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp,. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost(as specified above) of bidding document in the Project’s Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 1. Pre-bid meeting shall be held Prison Office, Siraha on 14:00hrs 12^th -April 2020.
2. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the office of Prison Office, Siraha by hand/courier or through PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np/egpon or before 12:00 Hour 22^nd April 2020 Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
3. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend 14:00 Hour 22^nd April 2020 at the office of Prison Office, Siraha. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum Nrs.73,000.00 which shall be valid for 31st-Aug-2020
4. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
5. Prison Office, Siraha reserves the right to accept or reject the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
6. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act- 2063, Public Procurement Regulations-2064 and their amendments.
