- Government of Nepal has received a grant from Asian Development Bank towards the cost of COYID-19 Emergency Response Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Procurement of ICU Ventilator. Patient Monitor and BIPAP Machine. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders from all countries as defined in bidding document.
- The Department of Health Serv ice (DOHS) Management Division (MD) Teku. Kathmandu, Nepal invites bid from eligible bidders for the procurement of ICU Ventilator, Patient Monitor and BIPAP Machine for COVID -19 Control and Prevention under Provision Concerning Procurement to be made in Special Circumstances procedures as specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
- The bidder may submit the bid for package by package as mentioned below and offer discounts cross discounts. Evaluation will be done package by package basis, with contracts awarded based on the award combination that is of least cost to the Purchaser.

- Bidder shall purchase their bid electronically from dohslmd.gov.np. Bidders should deposit NPR 5,000.00 the cost of bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

- The bid must be submitted with original revenue deposit voucher to the Department of Health Services. Management Division Sealed Hard copy by hand on or before 12.00 hour on 11 Sept. 2020.
- The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 11 Sept. 2020 at the office of Department of Health Services. Management Division, Teku, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amount mention in above table which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
- If the last date of purchasing and or submission falls on a government holiday, then the day shall be considered as the last date the same as specified for the original last date of bid purchasing submission.
