- Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan City invites the e-bid for the works mentioned in the table and intends to apply to cover eligible payments under the contract as described in table below.
- Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan City invites electronic bid from registered Contractors for following works under National Competitive Bidding. Only E-bidding procedures will be followed. The Bidding procedure will be single stage Two Envelope (1SE2).

- Bidder shall submit their bid electronically and download the bidding documents for e-submission form bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically should deposit the the price of bid documents in the below mentioned account as specified below and the scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. - Electronic Bid must be submitted to the office Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan City Office, Janakpurdham through web portal bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hrs. On 11th Falgun, 2076 (23rd Feb, 2020). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
- The Bid will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hrs 11th Falgun, 2076 (23rd Feb, 2020) at the office of Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan City, Janakpurdham. Bid should be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening date and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format in cast of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of as specified above which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period (i.e. 120 days) of the bid after deadline for Bid submission last date.
- If the last date of purchasing/submission day falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
- Other information not mentioned above is as per Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064 (Amended).
