- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Gorkhapatra Corporation, Dharinapatli, Kathmandu, Sepal and Tel 01-4244437 of office or may visit e-GP system bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
- Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: bolpatra.gov.np egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following bank. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank:

- Eligible Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through gov.np/egp to the above office of Gorkhapatra Corporation, Dharmapath, Kathmandu on or before 12:00 hour on 03, April 2020 (2076-12-21). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
- Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Gorkhapatra Corporation on 24 March 2020 (2076-12-11) ( at 13.00 Hours)
- Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend 13:00 hour on 03, April 2020 (2076-12-21) at the office of Gorkhapatra Corporation, Dharmapath, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security as mentioned above w hich shall be valid for Minimum 30 day’s beyond the bid validity period.
- If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next Working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case (he bid validity and bid security Validity shall be recognized with cficct from the original bid submission deadline.

- The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids Without assigning reason, whatsoever
- The Bidder shall submit the commitment letter to provide the sample of CTP Plate & Chemicals if requested by Gorkhapatra Corporation.
