Invitation for Sealed Quotation

1. The PMC invites Sealed Quotation (SQ) from registered Eligible Suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Branded Desktop and Server Computers
2. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document (SQ) in English at the office of PMC as mentioned address above.
3. Complete set of Bidding Document (SQ) in English may be purchased from the office of PMC as mentioned address above by eligible Bidders on the submission of a Written Application, along with the copy of Company/Firm Registration Certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 1,000.00 till 22 December 2019 during office hours.
4. Sealed Quotations must be submitted to the office of PMC as mentioned address above by hand on or before 1:00 P.M. on 23 December 2019 Bids/Sealed Quotations received after this deadline will be rejected.
5. The submitted Sealed Quotations will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 1:30 P.M. on 23 December 2019 at the office of PMC as mentioned address above. But nothing shall bar the opening of SQs by the reason only that any bidder or its agent is not present. Bidder’s representative should bear the authorization letter duly signed by the authority of firm at the time of SQ opening.
6. Quotations must be valid for a period of 45 days from the date of Sealed Quotation opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to a minimum of 45,000.00. which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. Valid up to Minimum 6 March 2020).
7. I f bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in PMC’s Bank Account Number (Call): 0210500460084011 at Nepal Agricultural Development Bank Limited, Chabahil Branch, Kathmandu and the original receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted along with the Sealed Quotation.
8. I f the last date of purchasing and/or submission and Opening of SQ falls on a government holiday, then the same time of next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the Bid and Bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of SQ submission.
9. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
