1. Nepal Banepa Polytechnic Institute, Banepa, Kavrepalanchowk received fund from the Government of Nepal towards the cost for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Survey Instruments and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for NCB/03 – 2073 /74. Bidding is open to all eligible and interested Bidders who meet required criteria as defined in the bidding documents.

2. Bidding documents may be purchased from Nepal Banepa Polytechnic Institute, Banepa, Kavrepalanchowk on the submission of a written application alongwiththecopy of company/firm registration certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 2072/073, Business Registration Certificate and upon payment of a non-rcfundablc fee of Rs. 3000.

3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the following office:

4. SealedBids must be submitted to the above officeon or before 17.00 hours, 15 May 2017. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 13.00 hours, 16 May 2017 the above office. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of 2.5 % of the quoted Bid amount (Inclusive of VAT) as a cash deposit at the following address or bank Gurantee from “A ClassCommerical Bank”specifled by Nepal Rasra Bank, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

6. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case, the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

7. Any information not covered by this notice, shall be as per Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064 with the latest amendment.

8. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
