REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

FOR INITIAL ASSESSMENT OF SOCIAL BEHAVIOR CHANGE

  COMMUNICATION (SBCC) CAMPAIGN ON EARLY GRADE READING

The International Education Division of RTI International is currently implementing a USAID-funded five-year project to improve early grade reading in Nepal. This program will work closely with and support the Government of Nepal’s implementation of the National Early Grade Reading Program (NEGRP). a national education model that standardizes early grade reading in public schools. EGRP is being implemented in Saptan, Dhankuta. Parsa. Bhaktapur, Rupandehi. Kaski. Manang, Mustang. Dolpa, Banke, Bardiya, Kailali. Kanchanpur, Dang, Surkhet, Dadeldhura districts.

RTI/Early Grade Reading Program would like to request proposal(s)from interested/ qualified/registered research firms for Initial Assessment of Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) Campaign on Early Grade Reading.

The RFP documents can be downloaded from RT| website: https://www.rti.org/ current-opportunities or interested firm can send an email request to procurement@np-egrp.rti.org.

Eligibility Requirement:

This study is open to only firms registered in Nepal. The following documents are required to be submitted to be eligible for evaluation process:

  • Firm/company registration certificate
  • Firm/company profile
  • A copy of PAN/VAT registration certificate
  • Tax clearance of the year B.S. 2072/73
  • Audit report of the firm/ company B.S. 2072/73
  • Filled RFP format with all the required information provided and duly signed/ stamped by the authorized representative.

Applicants that meet the eligibility requirement as mentioned above will be further evaluated on the basis of evaluation criteria as mentioned in the RFP, and the highest ranked firm will get the award.

Interested firm must submit one soft copy and one hard copy of proposal with above mentioned documents to the below address by 11:00 AM, Thursday, August 10.2017.

RTI International reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the RFP process. RTI International also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions when issuing the final award. Submitting a RFP does not automatically guarantee awarding of the contract.
