REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
NIC ASIA Bank invites sealed quotation from the interested firms/company for the Supply of Barracuda Email Security License for Bank.
Interested firms/company can obtain RFQ documents from Bank’s General Administration and Projects Department at Registered Office, Thapathali, Kathmandu upon deposit of non- refundable document fee of NPR 1,000/-.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria
- Bidder should be a registered entity under the applicable act.
- Bidder should have at least one year of experience in the area of supply in respective field.
- Bidder should have turnover of at least 1 Million in Financial Year 2075/076.
Documentation Requirement:
- Company/Firm Registration Certificate – Duly Notarized
- Valid copy of PAN/VAT certificate – Duly Notarized.
- Valid copies of Tax clearance of fiscal year FY 2075/2076 – Duly Notarized.
- MOA and AOA – Duly Notarized.
- Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) – Duly Notarized.
- Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) – Duly Notarized.
- Latest Company Update (Company Adhyawodhik) in case of firms Renewal from – Duly Notarized (Department of Commerce/Industry)
- Appreciation letter/ Reference letter issued by Commercial Bank(s)/ renowned corporate houses to back the claim of experience.
- Authorization certificate for distributorship/dealership for the proposed brand.
RFQ document are to be submitted within close of business hour on 28th January 2020. If the last date of submission falls on a public holiday, the next working shall be considered as last day. All RFQ should be addressed to General Administration and Project Department and must be submitted in person. RFQ Document received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Sealed Bid sent through Mail/Courier will neither be accepted for any consideration nor will they be returned to the sender.
