CBIL Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Citizens Bank International Ltd., is an established and leading Investment/Merchant Bank of Nepal, located at Batuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu. The company has currently been working in the field of Investment Banking & Merchant Banking sectors that includes Investment Management (Mutual Fund, Portfolio Management), RTA/RTS services, Issue Management, Underwriting etc. The company aims to build-up professional team by inviting applications from young, dynamic, competent and result oriented Nepalese citizens in the following positions:

Chief Operating Officer	Manager Level	1	Master’s Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized university at least in First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4 or possesses professional qualification as CA/ACCA/CFA. The candidate requires thorough understanding of Nepalese capital market and its regulations, securities trading process, banking procedures and financial statement analysis. The candidate should possess at least 4 Years Officer Level working experience in Merchant Banking/Banking/ Finance’s sector. The candidate should be capable to gather capital market related information, monitor economic and industry trends formulate investment strategy and allocate investment properly and explore new opportunities of business under corporate advisory services including Private Equity& Venture Capital. Age should not exceed 45 years.
