The candidate is responsible towards the fulfillment of the bank’s objectives, along with a positive attitude, desire to excel to learn, motivate the team members to contribute towards the healthy functioning of the department.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferably Master’s Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management from a reputed institution
• At least 4-5 years of banking experience with relevant experience in commercial bank or any renowned organization in terms of excellent people management.
• Candidates are eligible to apply for one level above than their current job grade.
• Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.

Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from shortlisted candidates.
