VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Asia Foundation invites applications for the following positions:
- Position: Provincial Program Officer (1 position)
The Provincial Program Officer will be responsible for leading, managing, coordinating, monitoring, and providing technical assistance for the implementation of specific program components and activities. S/he will assist in maintaining relations with program partners, provincial, and local government offices. Supervise Field Coordinators, Consultants and Partners. Support collaboration with program learn in program development, preparation of work plans, coordination and support. S/he will develop and maintain relationship between elected representatives in provinces and selected municipalities, municipal officials, respective provincial government, other relevant stakeholders, and along with its implementing partners in that municipality.
Essential: Master’s degree in development studies, law, public policy, political science, economics, international development or other relevant field is preferred. At least have five years or experience working with local government or data driven projects.
