Sunaulo Parivar Nepal (SPN) is a well-established NGO delivering Family Planning and Sexual Reproductive Health services through-out the country via centres, mobile outreach teams to remote areas and social marketing. It works in partnership with Marie Stopes International UK (MSI), a global social business providing reproductive health services across the world with a mission of ensuring individual’s fundamental right to have children by choice not chance.

| Program Officer – 2 (Kailali, Sindhuli) | • Effective mobilization of MS Ladies (ANM) in program implementing districts
• Administrative and Financial management of MS Ladies Channel at district level • Support to Medical Development Team (MDT) in quality assurance • Coordinate with district level stakeholders for effective implementation of program. • Coordinate with Marketing department for demand generation activities |
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Management or Public Health
• At least 2 years of experience in project implementation preferably in family planning sector |
| Staff Nurse – 5 (Janakpur, Lalbandi, Birgunj, Surkhet, Kohalpur) | • Providing quality family planning service to clients
• Assist doctor in major procedures • Provide pre-and post-operative care and counseling to clients • Overseeing centre administration, if required • Liaison with external stakeholder |
• PCL Nursing
• Registered in Nepal Nursing Council • SBA training required • IUD, Implant and CAC training preferred |
| ANM -3 (Attariya, lllam – LARC, Nawalparasi – LARC) | • Insert IUCD, Implant and provide other FP services as required.
• Provide accurate information and counseling on family planning, safe abortion and reproductive health • Sterilize tools/equipments as required • Keep record of medicine consumption |
• Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) training
• Registered in Nepal Nursing Council • IUD, Implant and SBA training preferred |
| Clinic Aid-1 (Gorkha) | • Maintain cleanliness of all clients care areas
• Involve in infection prevention which includes decontamination, cleaning, drying, packing, autoclaving and putting sterilized items in a safe place • Help procedure team to supply required items during procedure |
• Literate with relevant experience in health sector |
| DG Coordinator-4 (Surkhet, Nuwakot, Satdobato, Gongabu) | • Implement community IPC and demand generation activation strategy
• Provide leadership and guidance to community level demand generation team • Analysis of client segment and family planning status of assigned location. • Identify different referral check points in the area and develop strategies to maximize referrals |
• Intermediate level in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• A minimum of 1 year experience in carrying out demand generation or sales activities (preferably focused on SRH) • Locals with two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred. |
