ANNOUNCEMENT OF VACANCY
United Mission Hospital Tansen(UMHT) is a project of United Miss onto Nepal This 169 bedded hospital is a regional level center of health excellence and training providing holistic preventive, promotive, curative, and palliative care, with special focus on the poor and marginalized Position: Hospital Administrative Officer (based in Tansen)
We are locking for a senior administrator who will be responsible for the overall financial management of the hospital and personnel management of the Administration Division of the hospital This person’s role will be to ensure that the resources of the hospital are properly used controlled and accounted for, and to develop the capabilities of all staff as individuals and work teams
Qualification and Experience:
3 Master’s degree in Healthcare Management or MBA-MBS and five yea’s cf relevant work experience;
C Sound knowledge of financial management and accounting procedures;
3 Experience in preparing budgets for a medium sized organisation;
5 Significant work experience in hospital management would bean adder advantage;
5 Strong organisational and time-management skills;
O Ability to make decisions, take responsibility, and work in a team;
0 Excellent Language communication skills in both Nepali and English;
Z Good computer skills (Excel. Word, PowerPoint and database management);
O Age above 35 years
