As a part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its existing team, the company is seeking to hire highly motivated personnel for the following position.

1. Job Title: MIS Executive – Advertisement Scheduling (2)

Job Description

• Schedule for advertisement space and ensure proper advertisement placements in the newspaper, The Himalayan Times
• Coordinate with the clients, advertising agencies and internally with different departments for advertisement scheduling
• Assist in advertising space selling activities
• Make necessary follow ups for verification of billing details and completion of required documents
• Assist in the preparation of MIS reports which include details on billing, recovery.

Qualification

• Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent

Requirement/Skills

• Hardworking, self motivated and able to work individually as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills in both English and Nepali
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to understand the job and to cope with work pressure
• Should hold a valid two wheeler driving license
