- Capacity Development Expert (1)
Duty Station: Kathmandu with frequent travel to field
Contract Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
Qualification and experience: Master’s degree in social science or relevant discipline with at least 10 years of working experience in development field including capacity building areas. Key Responsibilities: Lead capacity building interventions related to “Capacity Building of Dalit Political Leaders project. Provide technical inputs for project implementation, and other activities of the organization. Coordinate with government officials and other stakeholders at National, Provincial, and Local levels.
Other Attributes for all positions
Excellent communication skills, a good understanding of governance and Dalit women issues, willingness to work under stress and long hours in a rural setting with minimal facilities.
