- HR Head-1
Minimum Criteria
At recast 3 years of experience in any institution and corporate house in related field,
Plan, direct, and coordinate the: administrative functions of an organization.
Oversee the recriminating, interviewing, and hiring of new staff as per organization planning.
Serve as a link between an organization’s management and its employees.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to influence others and manage change.
Master Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Chartered Accountants – 2
Minimum Criteria
Should have completed CA/ACCA from recognized Institute along with bachelor degree in management
Should have completed full 3 years article ship or trainee ship (concerned/worked companies will be verified)
Preference will be given to candidates having at least 2 years of work experienced in Bank and Financial Institution or CA Firms,
Should have knowledge of NRB Directives and related Acts.
Semi qualified Chartered Accountants-3
Minimum Criteria:
Already attended final examination of CA/ACCA from recognized Institute,
Should have completed hill 3 years article ship or trainee ship (concerned /worked companies will be verified)
At Least 2 years of experience in Hank and Financial Institution or CA firms.
Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent.
Jr. Assistant / Assistant – Few
Minimum Criteria:
Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent.
At Least 1 year of experience in Bank and Financial Institution
- Trainee Assistant — 50 (Various branches)
Minimum Criteria
Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent.
Eligible criteria for all positions:
Ability to work independently with flexibility of time and working condition
Well-versed and fluent 111 both written and spoken English and Nepali,
Competent in Ms Office package,
Expected to be having positive attitude, smart personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Age should not exceed 35 years.
