Infinity Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited, class D National Level Microfinance Institute, having its Head Office at Gaidakot, Nawalparasi invites application for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The candidate should be dynamic, result- oriented, self motivated, visionary and experienced, having zeal to drive the Financial Institution in competitive and professional manner.
Required Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline,
- At least Ten Years professional experience at Executive/Managerial Level in Banking or Financial Institution having at least 5 years experience in Microfinance Institute.
Other Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Microfinance practices prevailing in Nepal,
- Ability to motivate and manage team effectively,
- Ability to visualize the business plans and translate into action,
- Proficiency in Nepali and English Languages,
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skill,
- Literate on Microsoft Office applications,
- Strong public relations in Banking community, Regulators and Microfinance organizations.
