 Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience:

2. Master’s Degree in Management /Banking /Finance/Economics/Statistics/ Commerce/Accounts/Business Administration/ Law or a qualified Chartered Accountant.
3. Minimum five years’ experience in Merchant Banking/Capital Market or five years’ experience in Banks or Financial Institutions in the capacity of Managerial/ Executive position.

Other Requirements:

1. Age not exceeding 50 years as on deadline of application.
2. Be eligible to be appointed as CEO as per the laws and regulations of Securities Exchange Board of Nepal.
3. Strong written & oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal & technical skills with the ability to maintain relationships at all levels.
4. High standards of Professional & ethical conduct demonstrated.
5. Highly motivated, committed and responsible with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests.
6. The applicant should disclose age, education qualification with title degree, while submitting the application.
