Citizens Bank International Limited, established as a reliable and trustworthy partner for all financial solutions, seeks applications from highly motivated, skilled, dynamic and result oriented qualified Nepalese citizens for the vacant job positions at its Province Office, Existing Branches/ Departments and Upcoming Branches.

Job Positions

8. IT Department

Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience for Assistant/ Supervisor position and at least 5 years’experience for Junior Officer position. Preference shall be given to candidates having prior work experience in MIS/ Core Banking in any financial institution.

8.1 Assistant/ Supervisor/ Junior Officer (2) IT-67/19

Candidate must have good concept and experience in MIS Applications and visualization tools such as Microsoft SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, TABLEAU and others etc. Candidate must also have experience in using SQL Server and Oracle Queries. Candidate should be comfortable working in MSSQL, ORACLE, MYSQL databases; having experience in any of Version Control System like GIT, Mercurial or SVN.

8.2 Supervisor/Junior Officer (1) IT-68/19 : Candidate must have good understanding of banking workflow, regulatory requirements and experience of FINACLE Core Banking Application and Database with knowledge of customization and scripting with third party integration in FINACLE. Candidate must also have understanding of Linux/AIX operating system.

9. IT Risk- Application Security Professional – Supervisor/ Junior Officer (1) ITR-69/19 Candidate should have at least Bachelor’s degree i.e. BE in Computer/Electronics/IT/Software; B.SC IT, BCA or equivalent degree from recognized university. Preference shall be given to candidate having prior work experience in Information Security (IS) Audit, Security Operation Centre (SOC) or Certification in Ethical Hacking or equivalent certification or experience in similar jobs for at least 3 years. Candidate should also have work experience in network and application security such as Network and Security Policies Implementation, Threat Analytics, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VA /PT). Candidate should also have knowledge of VA/PT tools such as Kali Linux, WireShark, Netsparker, Acunetix, Owasp, w3af etc.

10. Management Trainee (Few) MT-70/19: It is an entry level position and hence,prior work experience is not required. Candidates must have MBA Degree in Banking/ Finance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Human Resource or Accounting from recognized university with minimum CGPA 3.3 out of 4 or first division. Successful candidates will undergo on the job training in overall banking procedure and operations. Upon successful completion of the training, candidate shall be placed at head office/ branches of the Bank at Supervisor position.

11. Trainee Assistant (Few) TA-71/19 : It is an entry level position and hence, prior work experience is not required. Candidate must have minimum of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Management from recognized university, o Inside Kathmandu Valley: Minimum CGPA 3 out of 4 or First Division in Bachelor’s Degree,  Outside Kathmandu Valley: Relatively higher CGPA/ Percentage in Bachelor’s Degree. Candidate shall be shortlisted on merit basis.

  • Preference shall be given to candidate with lower age and higher experience in related field. Preference shall be given to suitable local candidate or the candidate from the surrounding areas of the branches.
