FULL DESCRIPTION:

Civil Engineer -1 

• Should have at least 5 years of experience in building construction in a senior position.

• Should have experience in working with contractors from the beginning to the end, in estimating project costs and in making project schedule(s).

• Should have the capacity to handle projects and all issues related with the same including labour management, conflicts, problem solving and should have good leadership skills.

• Should have good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and preferably MS project or some similar project management software.

• Should be willing to work with flexible working hours.

• Should have his/her own two wheeler with a valid driving license.

Accountant/Store Keeper -1

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintaining accounts independently.

• Those having experience of working in a construction company will be given preference.

• Knowledge of accounting software, preferably Tally.

• Should have thorough knowledge of Nepal’s tax laws and vat laws.

• Should preferably have his/her own two wheeler with valid driving license.

Site Supervisor/Office and Purchase Assistant -1

• Minimum Bachelor s degree.

• Preference will be given to those who have worked in a construction company in a similar position.

• Should be willing to work with flexible working hours.
