Job description:

Oversee maintenance and construction activities; allocate resources both labor and materials on a day to day basis.
Schedule asset inspections work in accordance to government and institutional rules and regulations.
Report and carry out unplanned tasks as necessary.
Ensure Environmental Protection measures required on the job are effectively implemented and maintained.
Conduct financial and operational assessment in consultation with staff and agreed control measures are implemented and complied.
Ensure Work Health and Safety is practiced in the workplace in accordance with relevant safety standards and government Policy.
