Netherlands Leprosy Relief (NLR), an international non-profit organization working in Nepal in the field of Leprosy and Disability invites application from dynamic and result oriented Nepalese Citizen for the following position:

Country Director

Duty Station: NLR Nepal Country Office, Jwagal, UN Park, Lalitpur.

Required qualifications, experience and competencies:

1. Master degree in Medicine. Public Health. Social Developments or another relevant field
2. Minimum of 7 years in Public Health, leprosy or disability related field, community development or any other field that is relevant for the position3
3. Senior all round Manager with management experience in NGOs. including Financial management. PME, HR management.
4. Proven experience in Institutional Fundraising and Managing Donor-Funded projects.
5. Strong leadership, proven strategic skills including decision making and networking
