Country Trainer – Enterprise Facilitation
Function: The role of the Country Trainer is to shadow on the job and learn from the Sirolli Institute on best practices of enterprise facilitation. S/he will adopt the Sirolli model of enterprises facilitation and support the enterprise facilitators in the field to help potential entrepreneurs to establish successful enterprises. The incumbent will support to set-up project management team and volunteer network team. S/he will be Master Trainer and advocate for the ‘Enterprise Facilitation’ Model to expand projects/coverage in Nepal.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Master degree level in an appropriate business subject such as, marketing, finance, administration, personnel or communications or able to demonstrate competence through experience of client based engagement and progression methods with hard to reach groups in deprived communities to enable a business to establish and grow. One should have training, teaching or facilitating experience of 5 years. Knowledge of the Sirolli Institute Model is preferred.
