FULL DESCRIPTION:

Position: Custom Print Gear Manager

Required Qualifications Include:

• Must hold at least Bachelor in Commerce or Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
• Must have worked at least 4 years in sales and marketing of outdoor gear or apparel; work abroad is preferred.
• Must have at least 2-year experience supervising other staff.
• Ownership of timely completion of project deliverables and people engagement.
• Have strong ability in cross-frictional planning and delivery.
• Must have cross-cultural training and experience for communicating with international customers.
• Must have excellent written and spoken English to communicate with international customers.
• Represent workforce in cross functional operations and sales team as its core member.
