FULL DESCRIPTION:

At least 5 years works experience in General Insurance in the position of Manager or above or 8 years works experience in Banking/Financial Institutions with minimum 1 year experience in General Insurance in both in the position of Manager or above.

Age: Not exceeding 50 years as on the date of this announcement.

Key Competencies required:

• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Should possess sufficient capability for business communication, financial analysis & presentation.
• Excellent computer skills with email, internet, word, excel, power point etc.
• Should possess sufficient capacity to supervise the team.
• Should be well versed with Bima Samiti Directives, Tax and prevailing laws.
