National Cooperative Bank Limited (NCBL) invites applications from dynamic, competent and enthusiastic Nepali citizens in the following job position. Interested candidates are requested to email their application along with resume, copy of Master level certificate, copy of citizenship, recent photograph, experience letter and a presentation showing yearly strategic business plan and implementation plan for 5 years for the development of NCBL to vacancy@ncbl.coop within 15 days from the first day of publication of this announcement.

Position: Deputy General Manager (Deputy CEO) No of vacancy: 1

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

1. Master’s Degree in Management or Equivalent with minimum 5 years work experience in managerial level. Applicant should have experience in bank/cooperative institution in managerial position in national level organization.
2. Oversee the bank’s daily operations to ensure efficient communication flow, product flow, quality service and cost effective management of resources.
3. Maintain effective internal control and conflict management in coordination with MO, departments and branches.
4. HR planning and development skills.
5. Plan and design businesses, new products and services as well as implement in coordination with various level and external parties.
6. Maintain strong relationship with national-international organizations for NCBL and cooperative development.
7. Should have excellent computer skill and English proficiency.
8. Ability to formulate internal policies as per requirements.
9. Play active role in bringing technology for betterment of products, services and business processes.
10. j) Should be well versed with NRB Directives, Cooperative Act,Tax and other related prevailing laws.

Type of service: Contract for 2 years initially

Age: Priority will be given for below 45 years old but the age bar will not be applicable for NCBL employee

Salary & Benefits: Initially 192K per month and other facilities (per NCBL rule)

Exam Type: Business plan, Implementation plan-Presentation (BOmin) & Interview.
