Deva Bikas Bank Ltd., a National level “B” Class Financial Institution is looking for qualified, dynamic & career oriented Branch Manager and few Assistant Level Staffs for its upcoming branches in Madi, Itahari & Pathari.
| Position: | Branch Manager (Officer/Supervisor Level) |
| Qualification: | Minimum Bachelor Degree (Preferred Master degree from reputed University) |
| Experience: | Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Banking including 2 years in supervisory role with sound Knowledge of Credit and Marketing. |
| Position: | Assistant Level staffs (Few) |
| Qualification: | Minimum 10+2 (Preferred Bachelor Degree from reputed University) |
| Experience: | Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Banking with sound Knowledge in any one area i.e Credit/Marketing/Operation. |
| Age: | Not exceeding 35 years |

Must be proficient in writing/typing English and Nepali/ must have 2 wheeler license. Preference will be given to local candidates. |
The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a branch office including operations, lending, product sales and customer service in accordance with the Bank’s strategic goals.
