Direct Reporting to General Manager, candidates is responsible to develop and implements strategies for achieving individual sales goal maximize REVPAR and grow market share. Maximize productivity by ensuring that sold business is aligned with Hotel’s yield management strategy. Excellent sales and Negotiation skills. Good business sense and the ability to motivate and lead a team. 5 to 6 years’ experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area and minimum 2-3 years experience in Director’s role. Graduate in Business Management preferably MBA.
