As a part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its existing team, the company is seeking to hire highly motivated personnel for the following position.
Job Title: Executive – Accounts (2)
Job Description –
■ Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales and debtors accounts
■ Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile of creditors accounts
■ Involve in preparing and analyzing receivables and payable report
■ Analyze Debtors data and maintain internal control documentation
■ Monitor and maintain integrity in timely basis
■ Follow ups with clients
■ Bank reconciliation
Qualification
Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in Management (Specialized on finance) Minimum 2 years of work experience in related field
Requirement/Skills
■ Good report writing abilities
■ Knowledge of database systems would be advantageous
■ Effective communication skills
■ Knowledge of accounting software “tally” must
■ Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables, graphs and data analysis
■ Should have a positive learning attitude and the ability to work meticulously
