- Head-Digital Innovation (Deputy Manager/ Manager/Senior Manager -1) Location: Kathmandu
This position requires candidate to be responsible for overall initiatives pertaining to Digital Innovation, Digitization & Automations. The candidate is expected to have superlative drive for Innovation, Digitization, Automation, Business Process Re-engineering & Digital Banking. The candidate is also expected to play a pivotal role to make sure that NIC ASIA Bank dominates the overall digitization, service excellence and digital banking frontiers amongst the commercial banks of Nepal and should have a strong thrust for excellence and an ambition to elevate the Nepalese Banking to South Asian standards in terms of Digitization and Digital Innovation.
Eligibilty Criteria:
- Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science /IT-Management.
- Minimum 8 years of banking experience, in commercial bank or in a reputed IT Company and having experience in application development & with an expertise in major application program development.
- Age not below 25 and not exceeding 50 years.
