In an expansion process to provide easy and accessible service to our customer, the bank is seeking employees (Microfinance and Banking)for its new branches in Kathmandu-(Thamel, Koteshwor, Boudha, Machhapokhari), Sunsari-(Dharan and Itahari), Dhanusha- (Janakpur), Kailali-(Dhangadhi), Jhapa- (Birtamode and Damak), Rupendehi-(Kotihawa and Driver Tole) and upcoming new and existing branches. The Bank is currently,looking for few dynamic, results oriented, pragmatic, self-motivated and-passionate candidates to Join us in the following position:
Head-Microfinance (Manager Level)
This position is to oversee overall microfinance business of the bank and is responsible to lead the microfinance department, assuring its full integration with ■ other activities and shall report to Chief -Microfinance.
Criteria for eligibility:-
At least 5 years of experience in microfinance sector or deprived sector lending in Bank and Financial Institutions.
Candidates must have minimum Master’s Degree preferably in Management from a recognized University.
Candidates must have working knowledge of MS Office applications and must be fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali.
