We are seeking for highly enthusiastic, result oriented and competent Nepalese citizens with a strong desire to excel in banking by assuming the post of Head of Marketing (Managerial or AGM Level).

  • LEADER – Crafting strategies and leading the verticals –
  • DIGITAL MARKETING | BRANDING & CORPORATE COMMUNICATION | PRODUCT RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT | CSR – Formulate corporate branding strategies and policies of the Bank
  • TEAM PLAYER – Work in close coordination with Sales Team of the Bank
  • FORESIGHT – Evaluate emerging technologies. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • VISIONARY – Should provide a vision for a marketing strategy to the Executive Team
  • MAINTAIN & BOOST IMAGE – Make sure that the business marketing communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image of the Bank

Minimum Qualification Requirement: 

Manager level:

  • Minimum Master’s Degree in the field of Business/Management.
  • Exposure of Digital Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience. Minimum 2 years experience in Deputy Manager Level in ‘A’ Class Financial Institution or 3 years experience as Head of Marketing of reputed Corporate house of Nepal or Multinational or International Companies.
  • Age should not exceed 45 years, as on application deadline.
