We are seeking for highly enthusiastic, result oriented and competent Nepalese citizens with strong desire to excel in banking for the following position:

Head of Marketing: (Manager/ Senior Manager/AGM Level)

Aspirant Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven track record of effective planning, strategy formulation and capacity to enhance overall corporate profile and branding of the Bank. The incumbent is expected to be well versed in devising marketing strategies for entire products and services of the Bank.

Aspirant should work closely with the sales team to develop and understand marketing requirements thereby creating effective leads for the sales team. The incumbent is expected to have strong acquaintance of digital marketing with ability to work with internal IT resources and external vendors defining the opportunity, creating the business case and develop the requirement to implement the strategy. Aspirants should be capable of reviewing new technologies and keep the bank at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Minimum Qualification/Requirement:

For AGM level: Minimum Master’s Degree in the field of Business/Management along with exposure of Digital Marketing with at least 7 years of relevant marketing experience with 2 years’ experience in Senior Manager Level in A class Financial Institution or 5 years’ experience as Head of Marketing of International Agencies/Companies and age not exceeding 50 years as on application deadline.

For Senior Manager Level: Minimum Master’s Degree in the field of Business/Management along with exposure of Digital Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience with 2 years’ experience in Manager Level in A class Financial Institution or 4 years’ experience as Head of Marketing of International Agencies/Companies and age not exceeding 45 years as on application deadline.

For Manager level: Minimum Master’s Degree In the field of Business/Management along with exposure of Digital Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience with 2 years’ experience in Deputy Manager Level in A class Financial Institution or 3 years’ experience as Head of Marketing of International Agencies/Companies and age not exceeding 45 years as on application deadline.
