3. Head- Research & Development (Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager)

Location: Kathmandu

Required Number: 1

This position requires candidates to be responsible for ensuring that the bank meets its objectives for researching and developing new service products or technologies and enhance existing banking products & services. The candidate would be expected to direct and implement bank’s innovative research and development policies, objectives, and initia­tives towards achievement of strategic goal.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Should have minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field.
• Age not below 25 and not exceeding 50 years.Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from shortlisted candidates.The Bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
