Human Resource Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, adopt and manage all HR related process
  • Responsible for consistent application of al HR and employee policy and guidelines
  • Manage the hiring, recruiting and training and capacity building of staff
  • Build career path for employee and create plans for employee recognition
  • Strongly implement the organizational culture, values, and policies
  • Set up new employee orientation, on boarding and ongoing training program.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business Management/Human Resource Management or specialization with formal training on HRM with minimum 3 years experience. Should have excellent admin and documentation skills. Good communication skis and interpersonal skills.
