A promoter of Upper Trishuli-1 (216 MW) Hydroelectric Project situated at Rasuwa District of Nepal The company is seeking qualified Nepali professionals for following positions:
Position : Assistant Finance Manager/Senior Finance Officer

Requirements:
- Project Finance Management
- Finance and Business Risk Management
- Managing main Project Agreements
- Fulfill conditions precedent for Financial Closure
- Managing Budget and cash Ibw
- Handle foreign and local currency payment
- Coordination with related consultants, sponsors and overseas lenders
- Various analysis and tasks as instructed by management Qualifications:
- 4 years Bachelor/Chartered Accountant
- At least 7 years’ and 4 years’ experience after graduation for Assistant Manager and Senior Officer respectively in related field
- Excellent Microsoft skills in Excel PowerPoint and MS-Word
- Excellent knowledge of finance related jobs
- Good written, spoken skills in English Others:
