The International Nepal Fellowship/Nepal (INF/N) is a Christian non-government organization that has been working in the field of health services and development in the Western Regions of Nepal.

INF Nepal is looking for a qualified and well-motivated Nepali citizen for the following post:

1. Communications Manager

Work Location: Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:

The Communications Manager will be responsible for promoting the work of INF/N and other international INF offices. The job holder will develop strategies that ensure INF’s staff, supporters, partners in Nepal and around the world are kept excited and engaged in INF’s work. S/he will be responsible for implementing this strategy through a variety of print, video and online media.

Required qualification and skills:

Master’s degree in relevant discipline with minimum 3 year of experience in leading a communications team or department of similar nature.

Experience in marketing, promotion or public relations of an organisation or brand.

2. Partnership Manager

Work Location: Pokhara Purpose of the Job:

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for the overall international Donor and Partner cooperation of INF/N. S/He will be responsible for the organisations donor relations and partnership development and supports the networking, marketing, fund raising and reporting structure of INF/N.

Required qualification and skills:

Master’s degree in relevant discipline with minimum 3 year of experience in leading a Donor/Partnership Team or department of similar nature at national and international level.

Experience in partnering international with other NGOs and very good English communication skills.

3. Post Title: Disaster Response and Resilience Manager

Work Location: Pokhara

Purpose of the job :

TThe DRR Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and management of INF/N’s disaster response and resilience department, projects and programmes. S/he with the INF Team will provide effective disaster response, management, preparedness, mitigation, DRR trainings and Programmes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Master’s degree in relevant discipline with minimum 3 years of experience in Project management in the NGO/INGO environment and in responsible team leadership position. Good experience in Disaster Management, DRR, Disaster Resilience and other relevant areas. .
