Job Description
- Identify potential agents, develop agency force by providing agent trainings and mobilize agents.
- Responsible for business expansion in new market as well as continued expansion among existing market.
- Building cordial relationship among existing agents.
- Responsible for supervising & managing daily activities of branch office & ensure branch is maintained in good condition.
