FULL DESCRIPTION:

Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist:

Under the supervision of the Provincial Team Lead, and with technical guidance and leadership from the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Director, the MEL Specialist will work closely with other MEL team members to implement the MEL component at provincial and municipal levels.

Qualification requirements include the following:

• Master’s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Social Sciences or other relevant field.
• 6 years of relevant professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, and research in the public health field, with progressively increasing level of responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience managing project M&E requirements; USAID experience preferred; firm command of M&E in the health sector.
