Job title: National Consultant – Trainer on Climate Change Adaptation

Project/Cluster: Supporting Nepal to integrate agriculture sector into National Adaptation Plan (NAP-Ag) project / Energy, Environment, Climate and Disaster Risk Management Unit, UNDP Nepal Duty Station: Kathmandu with travel to provinces

Key responsibilities: The purpose of the part of the project under this contract is to support Ministry of Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperatives to develop and packagc training materials and deliver training to the monitoring units of relevant ministries at central and provincial levels.

Required qualification and experience: Master’s degree (preferably Ph.D) in Agriculture, Forestry, Natural Resource Management or Climate Change. The candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in CCA, DRR and M&E related works and at least 7 years of experience in M&E related training design and delivery of trainings. Should have good working relationship with the networks of Government and relevant sectors.
