OFFICER LEVEL (23)

Position: Officer 4 (O4) (3)

Department (Corporate Office): Risk, In Charge- Bancassurance, IT & SWIFT

Criteria:

• Age– Not exceeding 35 years as of August 22, 2018
• Qualification– Minimum 2nd Division in Masters or Bachelors Degree. (Field of Study: Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Relevant Field) from a recognized University
• Experience in Banking Sector– Minimum 6 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 3 years of experience as an Officer
OR,
Minimum 8 years of experience in a Commercial Bank including that of management trainee period

Required Knowledge & Skills:
• Should be fully acquainted with overall banking functionalities and excellent knowledge of required unit
• Should possess work experience related to strategy formulation and monitoring of goal achievement
• Should possess strong supervisory and leadership skills required to independently manage the required unit
• Should possess excellent business communication, critical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills

Specific criteria for IT & SWIFT Department (Job Related):
• Minimum eight years of experience in IT related field with three years of experience as an IT Officer. Banking experience of minimum 4 years is required
• Candidate should have sound knowledge on Core Banking Functionalities and capability to handle day to day CBS Related Issues along with the necessary bug fixing and maintenance skill.
Experience in FLEXCUBE will be an additional advantage.
• Candidate should have sound knowledge on Oracle Sql/PL Sql. Knowledge on OBIEE will be an additional advantage.
• Candidate should have sound knowledge on Oracle Database Administrative Skill. Certification in Oracle will be an additional advantage.
• Candidate should have overall knowledge on Network Architecture, troubleshooting, regular security maintenance and monitoring process.

Department (Corporate Office): Risk, Resource Development, Service Delivery Officer (3)
Branch Manager: Jitpur, Okhaldhunga, Kalikot (3)
Branch (Credit Business): Kathmandu, Dhangadhi (2)

Criteria:
• Age– Not exceeding 35 years as August 22, 2018
• Qualification– Minimum 2nd Division in Masters or Bachelors Degree. (Field of Study: Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Relevant Field) from a recognized University
• Experience in Banking Sector– Minimum 5 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 2 years of experience as Supervisor
OR, Minimum 4 years of experience in a Commercial Bank including that of management trainee period

Specific criteria for Branch Managers for Rural/Remote Area Branches:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 2 years of experience as Supervisor OR,
• Minimum 6 years of experience including that of a Development Bank with at least 2 year of experience as a Branch Manager

Required Knowledge & Skills:
• Should possess excellent knowledge of required unit
• Should be acquainted with credit and operations functions of a Commercial Bank
• Should possess work experience related to strategy formulation.
• Should possess excellent business communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Should have the ability to oversee the assigned unit

Position: Officer 1 (O1) (12)
Department (Corporate Office): Bancassurance, Legal, IT & SWIFT (3)
Branch Manager: Baghkhor, Baitadi (2)
Branch (Credit Business): Kathmandu, Janakpur, Butwal, Bhairahawa, Dhangadhi, Narayangarh, Pokhara (7)

Criteria:
• Age– Not exceeding 35 years as of August 22, 2018
• Qualification– Minimum 2nd Division in Masters or Bachelors Degree. (Field of Study: Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Relevant Field) from a recognized University
• Experience in Banking Sector– Minimum 4 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor OR,
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Commercial Bank including that of management trainee period

Specific criteria for Branch Managers for Rural/Remote Area Branches:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Commercial Bank with at least 1 year of experience as Supervisor OR,
• Minimum 5 years of experience including that of a Development Bank with at least 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager

Specific criteria for Legal Department (Job Related):
• Qualification: B.L./LL.B (Preference will be given to candidate having LL.M. degree in commercial law) and must have a license of Advocate
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Banking Sector with 1 year of experience in Supervisor Level of Legal Department
• Should have good knowledge of banking regulations/ NRB Directives and prevailing court procedure/practice.
• Should be capable of drafting legal documents/ agreements applicable to Bank and Court
• Should be able to work independently and under minimal supervision

Specific criteria for IT & SWIFT Department (Job Related):
• B.E. In Computer Science / Engineering or Bachelor in Information system or Bachelor in Computer application – Second Division or CGPA greater than 2.25
• Minimum five years of experience in concerned IT related field.
• Knowledge on Maintenance/Upgradation/Troubleshooting of IBM Server and Storage is a must. Candidate having knowledge on Windows Server and Linux Operating System will be highly preferred. Certification in Windows Server and Red Hat Linux will be an additional advantage.
• Candidate should possess capability to configure/troubleshoot Hyper V & Vmware.
• Candidate should possess capability to automate Backup Operation and ensure Backup Restoration Process. Candidate having certification in Windows Server and Red Hat Linux will be an additional advantage.
• Knowledge in PC and Network Troubleshoot is a must.
• General Knowledge on Sql fundamental is preferred.
